Processing Time

Everything is 3D printed to order in Cookeville, Tennessee.

• Most items ship within 5 to 7 business days.
• Halloween, Christmas, elf and Valentine's fidget keychains ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Each product page shows its processing time too.

Shipping

• Free shipping on orders of $35.00 or more.
• Orders under $35.00 ship for a flat $5.00, shown in your cart before you pay.
• Items marked free shipping always ship free.
• We ship with USPS to addresses in the United States.
• You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Custom and personalized items

Anything made to your order, such as items with your text, book cover or photo, or in colors you chose, can't be returned. If you're not happy with your order, please get in touch. Depending on the issue, we may offer a partial or full refund.

Everything else

Items that weren't customized for you can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. You pay the return shipping. Once the item arrives back with us, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges. Return the item and place a new order instead.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
